Who I am?

Welcome!

My name is Cristina Martínez Carrión, and I am passionate about accompanying you during this very special stage of your life. As a health biologist and doula, among other disciplines, I am proud to offer you a wide range of services designed to support you on your journey to motherhood and well-being.

With a strong background in healthcare biology, my holistic approach and deep commitment to wellness will provide you with the guidance and support you need at this crucial time. As a doula, I am here to provide you with emotional, physical and informational support before, during and after childbirth, ensuring you feel supported and empowered every step of the way.

In addition to my doula services, I also offer a variety of additional services to complement your motherhood experience. From lactation counseling and baby massage workshops to pediatric craniosacral biodynamic therapy and parenting circles, I'm here to be your ally in every aspect of your journey to motherhood.

My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel heard, understood and supported every step of the way. Whether you are expecting your first child or already have experience as a parent, I am here to offer you my experience, my compassion, and my dedication to the well-being of you and your family.

a healing session ❤️I did a rebozo session with Cristina and I had never felt so vulnerable and so cared for. I entered those shawls with the doubts and fear of someone who tries something for the first time and I came out a new person.
